Pate of black olives
The recipe was posted in 2009 by the author Smirn and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Pate I really liked it, cooking is very simple. A lovely starter to a dry white wine!

Ingredients

  • Olives

    30 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cracker

    12 piece

  • Parsley

Cooking

Take 30 black olives, pitted

Grind with a blender

1 small onion also grind in a blender or grater

Now 2 eggs, hard-boiled

Mix olives, onion, eggs, add 1 tsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp lemon juice, pepper

The pate is ready. I made this pie without onions, I liked more (I'm not a fan of onions). As an option serving: offer to take the crackers, spread the pâté, garnish with olives and parsley
