Zucchini Korean
(my version) In our family love Korean salads, so we have to improvise...

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    0.333 pack

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Cooking

Wash and peel the zucchini. Grate them on a grater for Korean carrot.

Garlic RUB on a small grater directly into the dish with zucchini, there also pour the vinegar and

Added Korean seasoning. Mix and leave on time.

Carrots grate on the grater, and zucchini.

Spread the carrots in a pan with hot oil, fry for 2 minutes.

Add to the pan the green pepper mixture, sugar, salt, stir and remove from heat.

Carrots quickly spread on the zucchini and stir.

This has to happen. Now allow to cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to infuse.
