  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Spices

Squeeze juice from lemon, add all ingredients and RUB thoroughly. If desired, add herbs or capers.

As for me, the sauce was too sour (cheese was homemade, and therefore, not sour) and spicy, I had to align the taste, adding another 70g of cottage cheese and one egg yolk. The sauce is very vaguely reminiscent of mayonnaise, but perfect for vegetables and fish, and I took salad "Rodeo" http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/59293/ from the same book.
