This jam is not for canning, and so, to eat for tea. This year turned out to be a lot of apples, so I decided to cook this "vitamin" jam.

Cooking
My apples and Rowan. Apples clean from the skin and cut the core. Cut into small slices and put in the pot. Top - Rowan. It can be crushed immediately and the slurry was added to the slices of apples, and close to the end of cooking.
