Soup with bulgur and duck giblets
Today everything is simple and modest. Come on a plate of hot soup! Of course, a turducken is delicious, festive and even a bit pathetic. But may is not only the holidays, and the duck is not only a delicious roast! Offer delicious soup from the duck giblets, with a delicate stewed vegetables and bulgur. I usually cook it duck soup with barley. But with bulgur turned out very tasty! Cooked not for competition, but then I thought – let's share it, there are nuances.
