Cooking
As each of us has their own recipe of pancakes, and in Italy each family has its own rice cake at Easter. I propose a version of this cake, which is made from fragrant Jasmine rice company Mistral. Started with washed and cooked rice, milk, salt and half of sugar viscous porridge.
5 minutes before end of cooking, added the washed raisins, vanilla sugar and orange zest (removed with a trowel).
While the kasha cooled, whipped egg with remaining half of sugar.
Added to an egg mixture of cheese, cream, chilled rice pudding and sliced orange.
Put in a greased form and bake 45-60 minutes in a pre-heated 180*C oven until a beautiful Golden color, putting on the bottom shelf of a metal bowl of water (so that my pie does not burst when baking). I got two pies of medium size.
Gave completely cool and then pulled from the mold. Oiled sea buckthorn jam, which made for the winter. Italians, of course, smeared with apricot, but with buckthorn it was Very tasty!
