Cheese cake pan
Such a simple recipe, I've never met. Preparing simple, easy and fun. And the finished result is happy on all 100 !

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Flour

    360 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Nuts

    150 g

Prepare the cream: to pound an egg with sugar and flour, add vanilla, add milk, stir with a whisk, put on a slow fire, cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool completely.

Until the cream cools down, we will make the dough. Curd grind with sugar, egg, add vanillin, soda and gradually introduce the flour. The dough should look not quite steep, but dense. Divide it into 6-8 pieces (depending on what the diameter of the pan).

Out thinly, prick with a fork, so as not to swell. Bake until Browning in a dry pan with 2 sides. Trim off the uneven edges. Cool. Here are the cakes turn out.

Now finish cooking cream. Beat butter with a mixer, gradually adding custard mass (cold). Lubricate the cakes, sprinkling nuts (optional).
