Dessert
Easy jelly dessert, puff pastry with different fruit flavors. This personalized dessert prepared and named in honor of the Boy of Musica!

Ingredients

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Chocolate milk

    20 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    750 ml

Products to prepare the dessert.

Dilute the lemon jelly according to the instructions on the package. Allow to cool.

Pour jelly evenly on kremanki, put in the cold. In the same way bred peach jelly, allow to cool and fill the bowl a second layer on top of lemon jelly.

When the second layer of jelly hardens, make an incision in the middle and insert a chocolate heart. Put on the cold.

Bred strawberry jelly, allow to cool and fill the bowl a third layer, so that the heart is completely submerged in the jelly. (The ears did not work then). Put on the cold.

The last layer is white. Combine the gelatin, cream, vanilla sugar, allow to swell and then slightly heated until complete dissolution of gelatin. Allow to cool and pour the top layer into the ramekin. Put on the cold (for 10 minutes).

It remains only to decorate! Chocolate grate on a small grater and make the pattern to your taste. Below the drawing was smooth, I used a paper template. Dessert is ready!!!
