So, Guuci - traditional food in the old traditional Bulgarian cuisine, borrowed from the East. Their name comes from the name of the vessels in which they are prepared - clay "guuci" in the form of a truncated cone or prodolgovato form. The dish is prepared (baked) in the oven and served hot or cold. In the past guuci "was eaten" out of the clay vessels that held heat for a long time. Later, instead of clay guuci start cooking in metal. Gyuvech is usually a layered casserole filled with eggs.
