Beef Diane beef
Beef "Diane" is different from the traditional steak Diane (steak Diane) way of cooking, but the ingredients list is very similar. It turns out very tender meat in a spicy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cognac

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut the meat into small pieces (about 2x3 cm). Fry on a heated frying pan (with thick bottom) with olive oil until Golden brown.

Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, another 5-7 minutes.

Add the chopped peeled tomatoes with juice, wostershire sauce and meat broth. Cover with lid, reduce heat to low and cook for 1.5-2 hours, until the meat is tender.

Pour in the cognac, let it evaporate. To combine the meat with the cream, stir and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until desired consistency of sauce.

The finished dish salt to taste, before serving sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Serve with noodles or rice. Bon appetit!
