The site has a lot of recipes kurnikov, but just the same I found. This recipe shared with me a friend who went to MK on cooking. The chef of the restaurant told me that they have reworked an old recipe and adapted it to suit the tastes of a modern audience. The recipe is really good, the dough turns out very soft and tasty, the filling is by adding a creamy mustard sauce and cheese juicy. The first time I cooked, I thought that cheese would be overkill, and so stuffing a lot of things. But with cheese kórnik was juicy and tasty, except the pie easier to eat, because thanks to the cheese layers stick together. You can also try this option, I am sure that You will like.

Cooking
Dilute the yeast in 250 ml warm water, add 2 teaspoons of sugar, leave for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes the yeast appears foamy cap. Start making the dough.
In a bowl, pour 450 g of flour, add 2 teaspoons of salt.
Do in the center of the flour slides deepening and pour the yeast liquid.
Knead the dough, then add olive oil and knead again. The dough will be slightly sticky at first, but after a thorough kneading it will become smooth and pliable. I kneaded in a food processor with an attachment "hook" for 10 minutes.

Cover the dough with a damp towel and put in warm for about 30 minutes.
Prepare creamy mustard dressing. Take 150 g of sour cream, add 1 teaspoon of mustard and lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.
First prepare the stuffing with rice, eggs and greens. Wash rice well and cook it until done, pour water out, rinse with clean water and allow it to drain well. Eggs cut into cubes. Greens wash, dry paper towel and finely chop also. To the cooled rice add the chopped eggs, parsley, creamy mustard dressing and black pepper. Stir.
Prepare the chicken filling. Chicken drumsticks boil in water for 30-40 minutes with the onion, black fragrant pepper, Bay leaf and salt. Let it cool down completely in a boiled broth, it makes the meat more juicy. Separate the flesh from the bones and cut into small cubes.

Gradually add the sifted with soda, the flour and beat on low speed of mixer. Let the dough stand 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add 100 ml of hot water, again beat on low speed of mixer. Add olive oil and hand-stir the mixture with a whisk until smooth.
Bake pancakes in oiled pan as usual on both sides. For kórnik on will need 8 pancakes.
Proceed to the Assembly of kórnik. Take our just-arrived in a warm place for dough that looks like this.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. A little less a part of the roll out under the crust.
On the rolled out dough onto the center of the first thin pancake. Grease the pancake with a creamy mustard dressing.
Evenly spread on top half a rice and egg filling, sprinkle with grated cheese.
Spread the second pancake with creamy mustard dressing, on top spread half of the chicken filling and sprinkle cheese.
