Cooking

step-0
Slice the apples in thin slices.
step-1
To defrost the dough. Roll out both of the reservoir and cut each into 3 parts according to the size of the form. Turned out 6 strips of dough.
step-2
Lay out the first strip of dough into shape 30x11 cm, lined with baking paper.
step-3
Her to put some sliced apples, 1 tbsp raisins, 1 tbsp brown sugar TM "Mistral" (I use small, as it is exactly the pastries are always soluble, and has a caramel taste), 1 tbsp coconut flakes.
step-4
Put on top of the test strip, it is the filling - and so the layers spread to the top. Top pie close sixth test strip.
step-5
Mix the cream (if not cream, you can replace the fatty sour cream), eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and flour into a homogeneous mass and pour the filling on top of our cake. On top sprinkle it with brown sugar TM "Mistral" and coconut and put bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, the top crust needs to fry.
step-6
Take out of the oven, you can sprinkle coconut flakes and icing sugar, to decorate fruit.

На мой взгляд слишком много сахара и кокосовой стружки! Слишком приторно и стружка скрипит на зубах, яблок маловато.
