Congratulations to all the chefs on the upcoming International women's day March 8! Here we have such a day, and men International men's day no! Maybe they have been held under the code name "I went with friends to the sauna" every week?

Shinkuem cabbage. Salt, MNU handles until it releases juice.
Crumble the eggs.
Mayonnaise - as much as you want. ;-) Be sure to put the mayonnaise on the eggs - cabbage in any case, otherwise the salad will become juicy.
Chicken fillet cut, fry, spread.
Beets RUB on a grater.
Decorate a simple "decoration". :-) From a cabbage leaf, cut the shape of a flower from carrot - pounder. Fasten with a toothpick composition.
