Tomato sauce-dip for carrot fries
Tender and thick tomato dip can be combined with various roasted vegetables. I suggest to prepare the sauce carrot fries.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Peel the carrot, wash and cut into strips.

Add to the carrots Kikkoman soy sauce, olive oil, garlic and Basil.

Mix well and leave for 10 minutes to soak.

Baking tray lay a baking paper and spread the carrots. Cook in oven preheated to 180 deg., 20-25 min.

While preparing the carrots, prepare the tomato dip. To do this, peel the onion, wash and cut into cubes.

Bulgarian pepper to clear of seeds, wash and slice.

Wash tomatoes and slice.

Fry the onions in olive oil until transparent.

Add bell pepper, tomatoes, Kikkoman soy sauce, ground pepper.

Mix well and saute for 5 minutes.

Give the vegetables cool slightly, place in blender.

And grind until smooth. The sauce is ready.
