Cooking
The meat (I got Turkey) cut into pieces and boil in 2 l. of water until almost cooked
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut cubes add to the meat. Cook until tender.
Cook until the meat and potatoes onion cut arbitrarily (as you like) and carrots as well (I have shredded, but grated)
Passeruem carrots and onions in butter fat. Turn off the fire and add the spices (I have a nutty seasoning for chicken) and the olives to passerovannym vegetables.
When cooked the meat and potatoes until cooked put in the pan of vegetables with olives and allow to simmer for 1-2 min.
Cheese cut into cubes, 0.7 - 1.0 cm.
