Kharcho with ribs
There are many recipes for this nourishing soup. But I remember from childhood Kharcho, with the ribs. I suggest you try!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Bay leaf

  • Allspice

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

Then the ribs in a pot with boiling water, add Bay leaf, allspice pepper and cook on a slow fire until tender (about 30 minutes), periodically removing the foam.

When the broth is ready, drop in a pot of rice and sliced potatoes.

Carrots cleaned and cut into strips, onion into small cubes.

Then add the spice mix to your taste (it is desirable to add Khmeli - suneli) and tomato paste.

Dilute the broth, mix well and simmer 3 minutes, then add the pressed garlic.

When the rice and potatoes are ready, season the soup with tomato onion and herbs. Add salt to taste, allow to writing a rolling boil for 5 minutes and Soup is ready!
