Cooking

step-0
The required ingredients.
step-1
Make a biscuit. RUB the yolks with half the sugar. Add a little flour. Separately, beat egg whites in a solid foam with the remaining half of the sugar. Gently introduce a bit of protein in the dough. Add the remaining flour and cocoa. Gradually stir in the whites. The dough turns smooth, shiny. Bake a cake - I baked 65 minutes in a slow cooker.
step-2
While baked cake, prepare the cream. Mix sour cream, condensed milk, butter and shredded prunes.
step-3
While I was making the cream, I enjoy a sour cream, a butterfly flew in. Well, spring, spring!
step-4
Cool the sponge and cut into cubes small size, approximately 2x2 cm Mixed with cream. A couple of tablespoons of the cream without the prunes to be postponed.
step-5
Tightly place the fondant in a dome-shaped bowl, seal. Refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight.
step-6
In the morning take out the cake, dump on a plate and begin to create.
step-7
Mass is well condensed and easy to shape with a knife. Flanks slightly rounded to cut, put the cut pieces on top, giving greater acuity dome. To form the entrance to the Igloo.
step-8
Lubricate the surface of the cake delayed cream. Using marshmallows to put rows of "bricks". I used marshmallows small size, they were called "Deviruchi". You can use the standard large, but they are preferably cut lengthwise so they are lighter and better rested on the cream.
step-9
And that's what we've got.
step-10
Can melted chocolate to cover the entrance.
step-11
And then - a matter of imagination. Can of mastic to make such of the inhabitants of Antarctica, for example. And the marshmallows turn out great blocks of ice.
step-12
And it's a piece. The cake turned out very juicy, but not wet, pressed together and just melted in your mouth. Were delighted not only children but also adults! Bon appetit! P. S. decorating Idea taken from Martha Stewart.
