This year is the first time I made raspberry vinegar, although several years have looked at his recipe in the "School of Gastronome". Very satisfied. I they fill with light salads, marinated it for trout for grilling and barbecue. And yet, it looks very nice in the bottle!

100g raspberries go through. I did not wash because they were only from the Bush. Raspberries are not generally recommended to wash before processing. You can wash and dry well.
Berries with a spoon to crush together with sugar.
Transfer to a jar. Vinegar slightly warm and pour it over the berries.
Jar tightly and leave in a cool place for 2 days. I left at the cottage room which we didn't sink. After 2 days, strain the vinegar into the bottle. Add the remaining raspberries. Let stand another week. You can then use as a dressing for salads or marinade for meat, fish or poultry. Store at room temperature.
