Orekhovo-rye cookies
Great cookies, despite the simplicity, it was very tasty and very fragrant, a great opportunity to delight yourself concerning dietary cookies without compromising flavor and health!

Ingredients

  • Nuts

    75 g

  • Rye flour

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Ginger

  • Vanilla

  • Nutmeg

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Nuts grind in a blender.

Mix flour, nuts and egg.

Add all the spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, baking powder, mix well.

Add milk (or another liquid such as water, juice, or cream).

Knead the dough, watch the dough, maybe the fluid will need a little more. The dough will be very sticky, but do not add a lot of flour, otherwise the cookies will be hard, you can briefly remove the bowl with the dough in the refrigerator, as a result of cooling the dough will become somewhat more docile.
