Don't want to, of course, to believe this, but soon again New year. To start the new year hassle. They, of course, nice, but I prefer many things to consider and prepare in advance. For example, what gifts to prepare. Lately I also give edible gifts. For example, candy. So, I think I am not mistaken, if today will offer you the recipe of chocolates from the famous Austrian chef Lafer. This sea chocolate fun with nuts and fruit.

Ingredients

Fruits, all of what you love or what at the moment home. I have dried cherries, plums, apricots, barberry, dates, cranberries. Chopped.

50 grams of sugar and 100 ml of water bring to a boil. Add the orange juice and dried fruit. Leave overnight to soak. If you have 18 instead of orange juice, you can take the rum or brandy.

Cream and 50 g sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon bring to a boil. (Lafer added more ginger, anise, coriander, cardamom, nutmeg and cloves). I don't dare. Remove from heat and put the chocolate. Stir until dissolved.
