Son loves fried potatoes, but I decided to make it a little bit differently. My efforts were appreciated, liked. And looks very appetizing on the table.
Cooking
It's very simple: thoroughly wash potatoes, cut lengthwise into 4-6 pieces, put into the pan in one layer and fry on all sides in butter for 8-10 minutes (the slices have to constantly stir) until smooth Golden brown. Ready potatoes dry on a paper towel (to remove excess oil).
In a deep Cup, mix cumin, salt, paprika and parsley, put the potato slices, cover and shake several times. For lovers of witty, you can add in spices 1/4 - 1/2 tsp pungent (Cayenne) pepper. The potato is well-suited sauce: 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic - mix in blender. Continuing to whisk, gradually add the 5 tbsp of olive oil. The sauce is ready season to taste with salt and pepper. Bon appetit!
