Casserole with spinach
Mouth-watering casserole. Prepared quickly, is not difficult. Another option serving delicious and light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

  • Soft cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

  • Cheese

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

Wash spinach,tear off tails and we scald with boiling water.Allow to drain.

Mix eggs,cream cheese,sour cream with different fat content and grated cheese,flour.Flour does not need much,so as not scored and did not make the dough dense.Knead well.The flour is added,I think, about 3 tablespoons.

Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
