Cooking
Mix 80 g of sugar, 200 g milk, 2 tsp yeast, 2 eggs, 100 g of melted butter, 2 sachets vanilla sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Then add salt and flour. Knead the dough. Finally add 100g of cranberries, 100 g of raisins and 100 grams of chocolate. I do this with a mixer. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough in a warm place to come.
