Lemons wash with hot water, wipe dry, RUB on a small grater, zest, squeeze juice. Mix 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper and 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
Whisking, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Mozzarella cut into slices. Mix with the lemon oil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Basil wash, dry, tear off the leaves. The non-stick pan heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Fry it Basil on low heat until crisp - 1-2 minutes.
