  • Olive oil

  • Sugar

Lemons wash with hot water, wipe dry, RUB on a small grater, zest, squeeze juice. Mix 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper and 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
