Zucchini lovers dedicated! A simple and healthy snack with a fresh unhackneyed taste. Like this dish to the fighters for a slim figure. Due to the lack of mayonnaise, there are only 113 calories per 100 g! Well, there is a very fragrant and beautiful!

Cooking
A set of products. The zucchini definitely needs young, with a thin skin and small seeds.
Cut the squash in large cubes.
Put them in a bowl, slightly potseluem, stir, allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Walnuts are dried in the pan. Not Iriarte!
Then finely chop with a large knife. I don't use any mills or grinder. Must be pieces.
With zucchini drain off liquid and fry them in oil in a well heated pan. Not much in the way not to turn to mush.
Make a fragrant dressing. Mix in a bowl the nuts, chopped herbs, crushed garlic, salt and spices.
Spread on top of the squash with oil.
Gently stir, trying not to mash. Cover with a lid and put into the fridge for about an hour to snack and a cold steep.
