Appetizer of zucchini with walnuts
Zucchini lovers dedicated! A simple and healthy snack with a fresh unhackneyed taste. Like this dish to the fighters for a slim figure. Due to the lack of mayonnaise, there are only 113 calories per 100 g! Well, there is a very fragrant and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    800 g

  • Walnuts

    80 g

  • Garlic

    15 g

  • Dill

    10 g

  • Parsley

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    40 ml

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

A set of products. The zucchini definitely needs young, with a thin skin and small seeds.

Cut the squash in large cubes.

Put them in a bowl, slightly potseluem, stir, allow to stand for 10 minutes.

Then finely chop with a large knife. I don't use any mills or grinder. Must be pieces.

With zucchini drain off liquid and fry them in oil in a well heated pan. Not much in the way not to turn to mush.
