Cooking

step-0
With liver to remove the film and to remove the bile ducts, cut into medium pieces. Also chop the onion and bacon. Mince, if time allows it 2 times. I am skipping 2 times, the paste gets more delicate and airy. Add the egg and stir.
step-1
Flour fry in oil, about 2-3 min. Add milk. mix thoroughly to avoid lumps, and cook until thickened, about 4-5 min. the Sauce cool slightly.
step-2
Mix the sauce and the hepatic mass. Salt and pepper to taste, add the ground cloves. Mix well. For convenience, the mixture is poured into a jug, as easier pour it into moulds (I peeked at Gordon Ramsay).
step-3
Is poured into molds.
step-4
You can pour in 1 tray. Set the ramekins or pan in a deep baking tray filled with water. On the bottom it is better to put a rag or towel, whatever our shape not ridden (I also have Gordon peeked).
step-5
In pan bake about 1 hour at 180 C. it is Necessary that the pate is cooked in the center.
step-6
In the single-serve ramekins bake for about 40 min.
step-7
Serve hot or cold. Goes well with black bread, salted or pickled cucumbers and beets.
