Wafer rolls
Soft, tender rolls that will delight both children and adults. Better to eat them warm, but after cooling they stay soft. The tube can be filled with cream or eat just like that.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    1.33 cup

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

Recipe for electrovalency! Honestly looked at all the waffle recipes on the site. They are rather similar. My is preparation of the dough, so decided to post. Waffles is a favorite in my family for a second generation. Previously used margarine, I replaced it for butter. So, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until whitening/the sugar is dissolved.

To put weight on the slow fire, add chopped pieces of butter and heat, stirring, to dissolve the oil. The mass must not boil! Mass will increase in volume and appear small bubbles. The whole procedure takes about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, pour the sifted flour and beat with a mixer, briefly. The dough is similar to pastry, a little thinner. You can immediately bake (1 tbsp of dough on 1 wafer).

Wafer twist in the tube immediately, and then will break. Warm waffles, cover with a towel, and it is better to eat :-).
