Prepare the dough. Sour cream mix with sugar, add salt, soda and flour. Knead a soft dough.
We divide the dough into 7-8 equal parts and roll out circles with a thickness of about 2 mm and put it on a sheet, greased. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Leveled the cakes, cutting off the sides. Trimming grind into crumbs.
Prepare the cream: beat sour cream with sugar. Easy!
