Cake from my mom, which always goes with a Bang! The main thing in it - not sugary taste and a great size!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1150 g

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

Prepare the dough. Sour cream mix with sugar, add salt, soda and flour. Knead a soft dough.

We divide the dough into 7-8 equal parts and roll out circles with a thickness of about 2 mm and put it on a sheet, greased. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
