In our family, this salad serves a lot of years and we all love it for its simplicity and tastiness. The highlight is that it is not usual for such combination products mayonnaise.
Ingredients

Cooking
The herring cut into fairly large cubes.
Also add diced potatoes and carrots.
There also add chopped cucumber and green peas.
Beets cut into cubes, folded separately and lightly sprinkle with oil, mix well. This is necessary in order for the beets not dyed other components of the salad.
Add beets to other components of the salad. Mix well. Make a dressing by mixing salt, mustard and vegetable oil. Season the salad and mix well.
The salad is ready. Perfect as appetizer to vodka :) or just as a delicious spicy, by adding mustard, salad. Bon appetit!
