Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences and boil in salted water + 1 tsp of turmeric for 5 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with a little vinegar.
Tomatoes cut into large slices and grill in a microwave for a few minutes(in the oven or fry in vegetable oil).
