Cooking
Pumpkin cleaned of seeds and fibers, cut the peel carefully, cut into large cubes.
In skillet, warm olive oil, put a pumpkin.
Fry it over high heat on all sides until Golden brown. Add to pumpkin with salt, mixture of peppers, black pepper, tomato paste, dried Basil, garlic squeeze through the press.
Mix well the pumpkin with all the spices, fry 1 min.
At the bottom of the baking dish to pour the water, put the pumpkin.
Cover the form with foil and bake in the preheated oven to 170S 20 min ( may need longer depending on the variety of pumpkin, I have a cultivar of Hokkaido).
Cooked pumpkin to decorate with leaves of fresh Basil.
