Baked potatoes with pickles and peas

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    100 g

  • Green peas

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins. Peel and cut into slices.

The baking pan well-lubricated with sunflower oil. Lay out a layer of potato slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the onion and fry in sunflower oil. Cut the ham into pieces and add to the onions. Fry.

Cucumbers cut into cubes. To add to the ham. Mix well. Fry for 1 minute.
