Spicy salad with avocado
Offer to cook a healthy vitamin fruit salad and vegetables with spicy dressing. Fast, simple and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Balsamic

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 pinch

Cooking

Avocado peel, remove the seeds and cut into slices.

The tangerine peel and divide into segments.

Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges. If you use cherry cut in half.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Rinse greens, dry and finely chop.

For the filling in a bowl add the olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt to taste. Beat until smooth.

In a salad bowl put all the prepared ingredients, add dressing, mix well. Serve. Bon appetit!
