While still in school, in high school, I heard in some TV program cooking this recipe. I liked the originality and ease of preparation, and the set of products is minimal. I tried to cook it, then cooked again and again and again... This dish became a frequent guest on our table. And then forgotten. Why it happened, I can't remember. Just recently, the recipe came back to mind and, as always, wonderfully well managed. And therefore share! You can use any parts of chicken meat, I cut meat from the chicken legs and cooked without the bones, and now decided to use Shin. Slightly increased cooking time, a delicious result.

Cooking
Chicken RUB with spices or simply with salt, leave for an hour. Dry with paper towel and fry in vegetable oil with 2 sides until Golden brown.
The bread cut the peel and cut into slices approximately 1х2х2 cm, prunes rinse well pepper cut into squares.
Fried chicken put in a baking pan, between the chicken pieces, lay the pieces of bread and prunes, on top of the pepper. Add tomato juice, salt, add olive (or other favorite) grass and into the preheated oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes (depending on size of chicken pieces) at a temperature of 180*C.
