Dill for future use
I use the dill as a seasoning for soups and second courses in the winter. Well always good not to buy in the store, and use products from your garden )))

Ingredients

  • Dill

    1 kg

  • Vinegar

    100 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

Dill to sort, wash. Cut and remove coarse and thick petioles and stems. Finely chop the greens.

To dill add salt, hot water, mix well. Tightly put in jars and pour the vinegar. To sterilize the jars for 10-15 minutes.
