Quince jam
Jam of quince cooked and again, really love the combination of quince with cloves. Recently on one of the Greek sites have found a recipe that caught my attention with their uniqueness... the Author called it "Jam quince: the daily elixir of love"... as the technology of cooking and the proportion of fruit sugar I left her, and from a recipe borrowed only a few ingredients, then (forgive me, the author) decided to assign some other name to this jam in mind, that the quince is a symbol of the goddess of love Aphrodite, and it is called the Golden Apple..
