Easter Apple pie
Air pie with caramel and apples. The aroma of cinnamon and muffin... the Easter Holiday and spring joy in my soul! What could be better on such days than a Cup of tea and a piece of Easter pie... help yourself!

Ingredients

    60 ml

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

  • Apple

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Add 100 g brown sugar and cinnamon. Stew the apples with the lid closed for about 15 minutes.
