Cooking

step-0
So, first of all, prepare the onion filling. To do this, cut the onion into half rings along the rings and simmer in olive oil with the Bay leaf for 10 minutes.
step-1
The added soy sauce. Soy sauce for frying Kikkoman Sukiyaki itself has a sweet taste but for better caramelization and a more spicy taste add a little honey.
step-2
The result is such a wonderful bow. Very tasty!
step-3
Now let's make a wonderful salad dressing, whisking cream or yogurt with mustard and lemon juice and mix with grapeseed oil. Thanks to him, the sauce turns a nice shade of green)) But it itself is not a very bright flavor. If you use this dressing on their own in the salad, it is better to add salt or balsamic. And we just mix the sauce with salad (I had salad).
step-4
Take the salmon fillet and cut into thin slices. Their number will depend on size of fillet, size of bread and Your skill)) it took me about 2 slices on a sandwich.
step-5
Included in the oven grill on 200 degrees (if no grill you can just heat up to 200 degrees and put the sandwiches higher), and while it's heating up on the grill pan or a regular saute the bread on one side.
step-6
Now assemble the sandwiches. On the unroasted side of the bread put onion...
step-7
... top neatly cover all the fish, top with a bit of salt and white pepper, that the sprig of dill in the oven for 3-7 minutes. WILL NOT OVERDRY IT! Sliced thin, the fish cooks very quickly.
step-8
Our sandwiches are ready.
