Pickled carp
When I first tried this fish, I realized that delicious I haven't eaten yet! Ideal for beer and a snack of boiled potatoes. I so love the fish that eat it just like that, with a slice of bread.

Ingredients

  • Carp

    4 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    4 piece

Cooking

The fish is cleaned from the husk and guts. To separate the head, the tail cut off. Cut the body in half, then into small pieces and put in a bowl.

Fill liberally with salt both sides, leave for 2 hours to fish prosolilas.
