Cooking
For making rolls I use the rice Japonica. To cook rice I prefer in a double boiler, but you can in the usual way. Rice wash thoroughly, fill with water and cook until soft.
Clean the mushrooms and finely chop. Then olive oil and fry the garlic, add the mushrooms and soy sauce.
Finely shinkuem cabbage and bell pepper, add them to the fried mushrooms and fry all together for about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the prepared rice. The stuffing is ready
Prepare the rice paper. It is very fragile, can crumble or break, therefore, do everything very carefully. There are several ways of training, this is the easiest. Drop the sheet for a few seconds in warm water to soaked. Then carefully remove it and stick two fingers (forceps) so that the water glass and the leaves don't stick together. Beat the egg with salt and pepper, dip each roll and fry in a well heated frying pan (in a little olive oil) on all sides until Golden brown.
