Harvesting cucumbers of any size for the pickle
A very comfortable billet for the winter stewed vegetables, and salads, the cucumbers will fit any size and most importantly - it's very simple!


  • Cucumber

    3 kg

  • Onion

    0.5 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

  • Greens


Quite the thick skin of the cucumber to cut. Chop the cucumbers into cubes.
Fold the cucumbers into the container, add the sliced onions (make grated Berner), squeeze the garlic, add sugar, salt, pour the vinegar, oil, mix well and put into the fridge for a day - a couple of times to mix. Added a little chopped parsley -seemed superfluous.
Put on fire, bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Spread out on the sterilized banks and roll covers.
