Cooking
Cut onion into half rings, garlic - finely and chilli rings. Fry in a pan in olive oil about 3-5 minutes.
Potatoes - medium-sized pieces.
Pour two cups of water, to not end up cover the vegetables.
Add nutmeg at the tip of the knife and spices to taste. Cover with a lid and on medium heat cook for 20 minutes.
Take out vegetables from the broth, turn into a puree in a blender, then return to the pot. Add tomato juice and cream.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
