Description
On March 8 gave me a box of miso paste. Long thought, whether to buy ingredients for soup in the store stumbled upon the sliced shiitake mushrooms and dried seaweed (aka cabbage). The soup turned out very tasty, useful and very is dietary, which for me personally is important.
Cooking
Sorry, I have no step-by-step, not knowing whether it will turn out tasty, did not capture the process, but it's very simple. 1. According to the instructions on the package mushrooms soak in the water for 45 minutes. 2. Pour the desired quantity of water for soup to the mushrooms and bring to a boil. 3. In the soup, add miso paste, vegetables and seaweed. Add salt to taste and boil on low heat for 30-40 minutes. 4. Remove the fire, put in the soup Bay leaf and give the soup to stand for 10-15 minutes. You can optionally add to the soup a little bit of leek, very decorate the soup when serving. Bon appetit!
