Coffee biscotti with hazelnuts
Frankly, I am an absolute fan of these Italian crackers, cookies. Today I offer you a coffee version of the dessert. A very unusual scent and flavor will give them soy sauce is "Sweet" from Kikkoman.

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Forest nuts

    160 g

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mix coffee with soy sauce.

50g hazelnut to grind.

Beat eggs with sugar in a light foam.

Add a mixture of coffee and soy sauce, and beat again.

Separately, mix the sifted flour, baking powder and cardamom. To combine the egg mixture with the flour, mix well.

Add the ground nuts.

Knead the dough. Divide it into two parts and shape each loaf.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool to lukewarm and cut diagonally. Put the pieces on a baking sheet and bake on each side for 3-5 minutes.
