Cooking
I use a glass 250 ml. Prepare honey syrup: mix 150 ml of honey (a floral), a quarter Cup of sugar, 100 ml water, 1 tsp lemon juice and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and let the syrup to boil for 5 minutes. The syrup we will need a slightly hot. It took me 2/3 of the syrup.
Mix all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, thoroughly beat into a soft mousse juice, zest, olive oil and sugar.
Gradually add dry mixture to orange mixture, carefully knead the dough soft and pliable, like clay.
Will zastelen the form of oiled parchment paper. Now you need to roll small balls of dough. Detachable small piece of dough, slightly mash it with your fingers, otherwise when forming the dough ball can stop us "to obey" and the ball will not happen.
Place the balls a short distance from each other in shape.
Each bulb, push gently (only very lightly) with a fork to shape to fit the pattern (as pictured). Cookies are sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (watch your oven and size of cookies, it took me 20 minutes).
Once ready, cool the cookies for 3 to 5 minutes. Parts then dip the cookie in the hot syrup for 30 seconds and place it on parchment paper.
Decorate cookies with cinnamon (and optional - walnuts). Before serving, the cookies must be completely cooled.
After cooling the cookies to remove from the parchment, place on a plate and serve. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container or under cling film.
This Sunny, bright and orange, like an orange, cookies will delight all foodies and lovers of Oriental sweets. Bon appetit! Smile and enjoy your life!
