Preparation for the winter.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    2 kg

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Allspice

    10 piece

Water with sugar and salt bring to a boil, drop peppers in and boil for 20 minutes.

5 minutes before the end of cooking to throw 8-10 peas of fragrant pepper and 4-6 cloves of garlic. Spread out in sterile jars, roll up.
