Pork shish kebab with kefir
"barbecue" in the literal sense that the dish, fried on a spit. The world's longest barbecue and a length of 120 meters — "shashlik of friendship" — was prepared on April 25, 2009 in Cherkessk, for its preparation has been used over 400 pounds of mutton.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    3 kg

  • Yogurt

    2 l

  • Onion

    2 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Ingredients: pork -3 kg yogurt -2 L. onions —2kg.. pepper — to taste salt — to taste seasoning for shashlik.

Pork meat cut in small pieces.

Pepper and added spices for barbecue.

Onion cut half rings and put on the meat. All are thoroughly mixed.

All filled with yogurt. Then cover and leave in a cool place overnight (the longer it stands the meat more tender then you will get the kebab).

Prepared the meat for roasting. (half an hour before threading meat on a skewer I salt).
