Baked eggs for Breakfast
A great alternative to the usual scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Fish

  • Chicken egg

  • Greens

Proteins separated from the yolks. Protein vzbit to hard peaks.

To put protein into molds, making the inside a small indentation. Bake in the oven until light setting of protein, about 5-7 minutes at 180*C
step-2
In the middle, pour the yolk, put the fish or other toppings, if desired, sprinkle with cheese and bake until done (15-20 minutes).

Ready baked eggs out of form when serving sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
