Sift the flour into a bowl, make a center funnel. Crumble the yeast, add 1 tsp sugar, 50 ml of warm milk - stir to dissolve the yeast and sugar. Pour the yeast liquid in a funnel, cover the bowl with cling film and leave for 15 minutes.
Now add the softened butter, 2 eggs, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon extract and the rest of the warm milk. Mixer with hook attachments knead the dough.
Knead the dough on a ball with your hands ( you can add to podpira a little flour ), cover with film and put to rise ( about two times) in a warm place.
The dough came. Abenaim it again and roll out into a square, with a thickness of about 1-2 cm.
Apples wash, peel, cut seed box and cut into cubes. You can sprinkle with lemon juice to protect from darkening.
