Description
Very tasty cake with a strong chocolate flavor. Thin chocolate base with pieces of almonds, juicy plums with a light citrus note, on top of chocolate cheesecake layer, and above that crispy chips. Of course, tasteless can not be! Pie should appeal to fans of cheese and chocolate; -)

Cooking
Nuts (almonds) grind but not flour, and that was the pieces
Butter chop with flour, icing sugar (you can substitute sugar), a pinch of salt and cocoa powder. The amount of flour I forgot to measure :-( poured from the jar on the eye, about 1-1,5 stack, you can start with a glass, then add to it if need be. To the crumbs add the egg yolk of 1 egg, chopped nuts, knead the dough
Roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate for a few hours or at least 40 min.
From orange squeeze juice, we will need about 100 ml, prunes wash and dry, cut in half. To the juice add the liqueur (this is optional) and fill them with the prunes, allow to infuse for a couple of hours. I batter and prunes cooked in the evening and the next day the pie was done, so my well is marinated prunes have absorbed almost all the juice
Curd carefully RUB with sugar, add vanilla(vanillin), cinnamon, starch and cocoa. To break the blender (I did not test). The amount of cheese (and, accordingly, other ingredients) can be reduced, but then the cake will not be as high
To the curd add the 4 eggs and remaining protein. If the eggs are large, enough will be 4 pieces (i.e., add 3 eggs, and protein). Mix well until smooth
Chocolate break and melt (I microwave)
The dough is distributed on the form (I have a 21 cm), a small piece of dough left for sprinkling on top of cake
Put on the dough lightly pressed prunes
To the curd (it should be room temperature) add the melted chocolate and quickly stir the mass until smooth
And spread it on the prunes, pressing down slightly
Cheese three (or crumble) the remaining dough
Bake in the heated oven - 160 to 170 deg. 50-60 min. cake Then cool and allow to stand in the cold for 1-2 hours before cutting
